Established in 1986 Franca was the first to bring authentic Italian food to Bolton.
All Franca's meals are freshly made on the premises using the family’s traditional Italian recipes which have been passed down through the generations. They are GM free, totally natural, free of colourings and preservaties and only the finest natural ingredients are used.
Franca’s pizzas are made using 100% fat free pizza dough, tomato base, the topping of your choice and finished off with 100% Dairy Mozzerella Cheese. When you taste Franca’s you appreciate that it’s something special and different to the rest.
Our delicious range of pasta dishes are homemade using traditional Italian recipes and are served with a Mozarella topping (unless requested otherwise). We also offer a selection of beverages to complement your food, including traditional Italian red and white wines, Birra Pironi and various soft drinks.

TAKE AND BAKE
Franca’s Take & Bake ready meals can be used for any occasion whether you just want to have the food ready to cook later or if you’re having guests round and want to serve them something special.
All the food that’s on the menu is available for Take & Bake but Pizzas are only available in regular size.
Franca is usually on hand if you have any questions about cooking.
Sauces are also available to use at home with your own choice of pasta, or you could try them as a sauce over meat or fish, as the base for a casserole or for any dish that calls for a traditional Italian flavour.
